One of our Transitional Living Program residents turned the big 21 a few months ago and decided her next step was to move to New York! Her four-year stay was not easy, but she was able to overcome obstacles and grow over the years. She obtained and maintained employment for extended periods of time, developed healthy friendships outside of The Home residents, took herself on a few trips and learned to manage her anxiety and depression. She also saved over $5,000 in her time with us. We are so proud of her and miss having her here, but we are happy she had the courage to go after everything she wanted in New York! ?
