Our team traded business attire for Lightning gear to celebrate this recognition of community service excellence.

We’re excited to announce that Publix Super Markets has officially opened at White House Shops, marking the beginning of this exciting new development! By bringing Publix closer to White House, TN residents, Sembler is making shopping more convenient and further connecting retail with local communities. And this is just the start! With nearly 20,000 sq. ft. of additional retail, restaurants, and services coming soon, White House Shops is set to become a vibrant community hub. Dollar Tree Stores snatched-up the last outparcel available at Sembler's #VillagesatApex shopping center in Apex, NC. The national discount retailer joins Lidl GB at this neighborhood center situated within the award-winning master-planned, mixed-use community that’s less than 1 mile from downtown Apex.? We’ll call that another all leased-up success story.

We’re getting into the holiday spirit with our annual Thanksgiving potluck—and this year, we’re adding a friendly cornhole tournament to the mix! Whether it’s bringing a favorite dish, competing in cornhole, or simply enjoying time together, we’re all about making memories and sharing gratitude. These moments remind us of the importance of teamwork, connection, and a little healthy competition.

Once again, Sembler sponsored the ICSC sponsored Project Destined Retail Bridge Program. In collaboration with ICSC, this 8-week virtual curriculum provides students with invaluable exposure to the retail real estate industry.
