Like the process of yoga harmonizing breath with physical movement and mental focus, so is the story of how our newest partner, ONX + Amelia, a yoga + fitness studio in the heart of St. Paul, was born. Breathe in… and welcome ONX + Amelia to The Scout Guide Volume 7! Admitted polar opposites, co-owners Sophie + Amelia, each bring unique backgrounds and experiences to their mat. It quickly became apparent, though, that what they had in common was their dream of a St. Paul yoga and fitness studio where clients felt safe and validated, welcomed and seen, confident and free.
