The Scott's Foundation is a family-based nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing educational opportunities for children and adults in economically disadvantaged communities. Our mission is to support and provide after-school programming, workshops, scholarships, and essential educational resources. By partnering with businesses, schools, afterschool programs, and community-based organizations, we aim to equip children and adults with the necessary resources and support to thrive personally and professionally, fostering a brighter future for our community as a whole. Our vision is to establish a dedicated building facility that serves as a vibrant hub for our community, providing a wide range of programs and resources. Through this facility, we aim to empower individuals of all ages, offering afterschool programming, workshops, adult programs, mentoring, college readiness support, social media, and entrepreneur classes, resume-building assistance, job search resources, financial literacy training including tax and credit education, life insurance, stocks, and financial investment guidance and education. By creating a welcoming and inclusive space, we aspire to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to thrive personally and professionally, fostering a brighter future for our community as a whole.
