The experiment was not only fun but also a brilliant way for students to dive into the world of electricity, chemical reactions, and ion transfer. The Process: ????????’?? ????????????? - Copper wire - Magnesium strips - A juicy lemon ?????? ???? ??????????: By connecting the copper and magnesium to a lemon, we created a simple battery that powered a light-emitting diode (LED)! Students learned how ?????????????????? and ???????????? metals, submerged in the lemon juice (a natural electrolyte), interact to create an electric current. ?????? ???????????????? ??????????????: - ????????????????????????: Why the lemon juice is essential for conducting electricity. - ?????????????????????????????? ????????????????: How metals react and transfer electrons to generate power. - ???????????????????? ??????????????: Encouraged students to explore different materials and experiment with various fruits or liquids to build their own battery designs. (3) An electrically charged object can attract or repel another object by inducing opposite charge. (4) Due to dry conditions in winter we mostly experience electric shocks due to static electricity. Celebrating the Graduation of the Inaugural XSEED Incubation Program powered by INSEAD and LMKT. LMKT, in collaboration with INSEAD, proudly celebrated the Graduation Day of the XSEED Incubation Program, Pakistan’s inaugural, one-of-a-kind initiative designed to empower ideation-stage startups. This transformative program marked a significant milestone in the country’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, with 160 startups successfully graduating after completing a year-long, intensive incubation journey. Guided by the expertise of Dr. Chiara Spina, Assistant Professor at INSEAD and Founder of the XSEED Program and Dr. Nenad Apostoloski, Managing Director of XSEED, the program equipped entrepreneurs with cutting-edge strategies and practical tools to drive innovation and tackle real-world challenges. A notable highlight was the inclusion of 25% women-led startups, breaking barriers and showcasing the diversity of Pakistan’s entrepreneurial talent. The XSEED program brought together 8 expert coaches, INSEAD faculty and leading industry mentors to support startups across diverse sectors. With over 900+ applications received, the overwhelming interest reflects the immense entrepreneurial potential in Pakistan.
