A big win for the entrepreneur! A recent court decision just shook things up big time regarding rules about being open with business info. Basically, the courts said no to the Corporate Transparency Act. This law wanted small businesses like ours to share more details about who owns and benefits from our businesses, all in the name of stopping financial crimes. That meant more oversight.
