We want to introduce you to the Chief of Programs at Santé, Sam Richberg. He holds a master's degree in professional counseling from Trinity University and is a Licensed Certified Professional Counselor (LCPC). Sam has devoted his entire career to helping people. He began as a clinician supporting individuals with persistent mental illness and now oversees various programs across Maryland to support those facing mental health and substance use challenges. For over 25 years, we’ve been dedicated to supporting individuals through emotional distress, substance use, and situational crises. Our mission is to provide community-based care that helps stabilize individuals and connect them to the most appropriate and least restrictive level of care.
