We are thrilled to recognize Adrian Van Der Walt as the 2024 Employee of the Year at the Santaluz Fitness Center! With over 24 years of experience as a certified personal trainer, Adrian specializes in Titleist Performance Institute (TPI), Weight-loss, HIIT, Sports Performance, Corrective Exercise, Muscle Activation Techniques, Flexibility, Mobility Testing, and Nutrition. His passion for helping individuals improve their health and fitness is admirable, and he has worked with a diverse range of clients, from high school athletes to weekend warriors, as well as elite performers in MLB, NFL, Olympic sports, and Special Operations. Adrian’s expertise in strength and mobility training has empowered countless Santaluz members to achieve their goals and lead active, fulfilling lives. In 2024, Adrian went above and beyond by earning his TPI and Fitness Level 2 certifications, further expanding his ability to enhance golf performance by reducing injury risk, increasing clubhead speed, and improving overall movement efficiency. He has since launched an outstanding Men’s Golf Performance Group here at Santaluz, helping golfers take their game to the next level. Adrian is a true team player—always helpful, dedicated, and an invaluable asset to the Santaluz community.
