What an incredible start to the 2024-25 Leadership Speaker Series! A huge thank you to Cheryl Cran for delivering two engaging, interactive, and highly informative seminars. As a leading expert on the future of work, Cheryl provided invaluable insights on what it takes to be an effective leader in today’s evolving workplace. Key Takeaways Include: ◽ Different generations of workers often define hard work in unique ways, and these varying perspectives can influence team dynamics, shaped by biases and differing opinions about how work should be approached and accomplished. ◽ While leadership can be defined in different ways, Cran believes that leadership is the ability to provide clear direction, remain a steady presence during challenges, coach and develop others, and guide teams through change effectively. ◽ Change is a critical factor in team performance. With new technologies and evolving methods, adaptation is essential. Success lies in moving beyond resistance to embrace discovery, innovation, and acceptance. What were your takeaways?
