In 2022, we launched the Don Carano Scholarship as a tribute to our founder’s passion for the gaming industry and the family values shared by all Team Members. Caesars is All-In On Education, offering Team Member dependents the opportunity to apply for $20,000 towards a college or degree-granting program. I’m incredibly proud to share that in the last three years, we’ve awarded 64 students a total of $600,000 in scholarships! We recently opened the application process for our 2025 scholarships and I can’t wait to read the inspiring stories of our applicants who are destined for greatness. ?

On National Leadership Day, I want to give a special shoutout to all our leaders across the organization. We offer a variety of programs to enhance leadership development across all roles and departments. These include: - Business Impact Groups - Virtual Town Halls on a variety of topics - Low-to-no-cost educational assistance programs to help our Team Members achieve their career aspirations Additionally, our Extraordinary Leadership program for supervisors and above provides coaching on leading oneself, individuals, teams, the business, and our culture. This framework is further supported by our internal publication, "Leading the Empire Quarterly." We are committed to continuously providing our current and future leaders with the tools they need to grow and succeed. I look forward to celebrating our leaders' ongoing achievements and supporting their development across the Empire.?
