"Mina is helming Beach House, an indoor-outdoor pan-Latin restaurant that includes multiple settings, from a bar area to sit down tables, and on the back deck, a sceney lounge including an infinity pool. “I actually really loved this particular space, it’s airy and open and light, and it offered a lot more flexibility,” he says. “We’re not super locked into just being one type of cuisine. It’s really cool because the way it works is you hit a port and see what they have and you get to play with it.” We are delighted to have Michelin-starred chef Michael Mina be part of Ilma with the Beach House. This past July, over 350 of the yacht’s ladies and gentlemen took part in “Countdown” in Saint-Nazaire, France. Over the 12-day period, leaders trained on the culture and philosophy of The Ritz-Carlton and enjoyed special events such as a beach BBQ, uniform fashion show, delivery ceremony, department showcases and an energizing brand immersion experience.
