General Manager Mark Sherwin helped celebrate members of the Sales and Reservations teams on recent accomplishments. Our newest Sales Manager Lori Wentworth graduated from Ready, Set, Sell sales training, Reservations Coordinator Joshua Houston graduated from Elevate leadership training, and Senior Catering Sales Manager Diann Flanders achieved the second highest revenue production to goal for luxury local catering in the South Region. The rich gingerbread tradition continues. The Ritz-Carlton, Sarasota Railway entered the lobby in early December and will remain on display until January 3. A feast for your eyes and nose, this train was carefully ideated, baked and constructed by the resort's pastry team over the last few months.
