Once a year, Reynolds top sales performers get together to celebrate and honor a great sales year and our great salespeople at 300 Club and President’s Club. In addition to those honors, the company also gives out the R.H. Grant award—named for "America's Number One Salesperson" who led Reynolds from 1938-1957. It is the most prestigious honor a Reynolds sales representative can achieve. It's given to someone with a proven track record who embodies the spirit of R.H. Grant by "mastering the craft." Namely, understanding the business, having a deep knowledge of our products, improving the community, and being laser focused on becoming a trusted advisor to customers. Since we started this tradition in 1972, 58 men and women have received the award and donned the coveted blue jacket that comes with it. This year's recipient received numerous compliments from previous winners, close peers, colleagues, and most importantly, his customers. He was praised for his dedication, commitment to serving dealers, and his involvement in charitable activities. It's truly an honor for me to recognize Chris Sofia as this year's RH Grant Award recipient. Congratulations, Chris!
