This week our “Employee Spotlight” shines on Karri Frank, who was Employee of the Month in our Intellectual & Developmental Disability Services. Karri was honored for her willingness to go beyond her typical job duties. In particular, she stepped up to support a self-advocate from a different home who had become fearful while out in the community and had begun running around in traffic. Karri helped find the person and get him to safety, and her presence eased his anxiety. Karri is pictured alongside Dustin Allen, who nominated her for the award.
