The Reimagined Roost

It’s been a while since I have posted! A lot has happened over the last six months and I wanted to share some news with you. A little over a year ago I started The Reimagined Roost where I focused on home staging and staging consultations. It’s been so much fun working with Realtors and home owners who have been getting homes ready to go on the market. Along with staging, I have also been providing interior design to clients who have wanted to refresh their homes with new furniture, accessories, lighting, etc. While I have enjoyed staging, I have discovered that my true passion is interior design. In April, I joined Karen Post the owner and senior designer at?Home Frosting?and have been working with her on some exciting (larger) projects! She has a beautiful studio at 3603 W. Azeele (please stop by!) and access to amazing design resources, like samples and sells accessories and art, you can take home. I am still doing small design jobs through The Reimagined Roost but for anyone looking for full home remodels and large scale redecorating, please contact me at Home Frosting. Spring cleaning tip of the day! Baskets are a great way to increase storage and stow away items you don't want on display!! ??? ? In this case, the open bedside table provided a great spot for this basket filled with handbags. The straw basket is perfect for slides, flip-flops, and sandals. ???

New listing alert! ??? ? We had the pleasure of working with Lindsay Piraino of Keller Williams Realty St. Pete when we were brought in to do a pre-listing consultation on this adorable St. Pete home. ? ? During the consultation, we went through the home with the owner and Lindsay and suggested edits such as decluttering, editing out excess furniture and accessories, and defining spaces.
