What are your worlds? I live in three: ???? Special Educational Needs ???? Tuition ?? Franchising Sometimes, they overlap in the most meaningful ways. Yesterday, I immersed myself in my SEN world at the #tessenshow It was a nostalgic moment as I attended with Alison Dodd, who I started teaching alongside in 1993 – our classrooms were right next to each other, and we even shared a home for a while! Now, Ali is also a Reading Doctor, delivering our intervention and a qualified dyslexia assessor, providing invaluable training to our network. There was a real sense of optimism at the show, with SEN truly taking centre stage and being prioritised. After all, good SEN provision is good provision for everyone – real inclusion at its finest. It was a day filled with insight, connection, and so much fun! Exactly how 'business' should be.
