Rebecca joins RBA as our Office Administrator, handling finance and billing operations. Professionally, she has led and partnered previously?with highly skilled teams in the areas of Construction Management and, most recently, People Development. Rebecca says that she's at her best when the people she supports feel empowered to do their best. Rebecca says, "I look forward to supporting the talented RBA collective and allowing them to best serve our clients through their creative approaches to architecture and planning design." Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys exploring the world with her husband and two boys, ages 6 and 7 - and sticking a toe or two in landscape design

We welcome Grayson back to RBA as an intern this fall as he pursues his Masters in Architecture degree at the UNC Charlotte College of Arts and Architecture. Grayson interned with us this past summer having graduated magna cum laude?in May with his Bachelor of Arts in Architecture degree. Grayson is a big Chicago sports fan, mostly following the Bears and the Bulls. He likes to play basketball, draw and enjoys electronic and alternative/indie music?in his free time.?

Yasmin started with RBA this summer as a Designer after graduating in May with her Bachelor of Arts in Architecture degree from the UNC Charlotte College of Arts and Architecture. She had previously earned an Associates in Arts degree. Yasmin says, "My love of architecture began early.?I had basically decided it was what I wanted to do for my career by the time I was a freshman in high school. My father, being one of my biggest inspirations, encouraged me in every way possible." In her spare time, Yasmin enjoys drawing and art of all media as well as spending time with her dogs.
