Introducing the new ‘North Central London Care Leaders Group’! - A movement of passionate care leaders that’s now recognised by North Central London Councils as having a formal role to play in supporting improvements across the Integrated Care System. ?? The group met on our?North Central London Advanced Care Leaders Programme,?and have come together “to lead, to influence, and to forge partnerships that could reshape the landscape of care.” Alongside developing their leadership style and personal resilience, their My Home Life England programme supported them in developing communication and influencing skills, and their understanding of the wider health and social care system. Last week marked a significant milestone - the completion of their programme with us and the launch of their new group! ?? Hear their journey so far and vision for the future. Are you an experienced community driven, charity development professional looking for a unique opportunity with a leading UK #GrantMaker? You will play a key role in delivering the exciting new ‘Where People Meet’ programme. This programme aims to create locally led community spaces that support people in their communities to lead happy, productive and healthy lives. In this Programme Officer role, you will oversee and manage all aspects of the grant making process, draft reports and updates for senior staff members, trustees and partners. You will be a part of a small, collaborative team where there will be opportunities to work on a wide range of priorities emerging from the programme. You will support with the commissioning and onboarding of an evaluation and learning partner and a capacity building support partner focused on the needs of the projects supported by the grants programme. You will also contribute to contractual and monitoring arrangements ensuring effective delivery meeting the Trust’s and grantee expectations. Migration Exchange has long understood that to support systems change and to make a sustainable impact, the UK refugee and migration system needs to support and build up changemakers and leaders. Through our work, we have identified significant gaps in leadership development, a lack of wellbeing support and barriers for those with lived experience. With this fund, we aim to address these challenges by: ?? Supporting leadership development: Enhance organisations' and networks' leadership capacity and capability. ?? Fostering holistic approaches: Promote leadership models that prioritise anti-oppression, wellbeing, sustainability, and systems change. ?? Creating lasting impact: Share insights and practices that inform broader leadership and participatory grant-making efforts.
