At The Quality Coach?, our coaches' purpose is to engage and bring out the best in others, helping them grow, transform, and succeed. We'll be highlighting our hard-working coaches monthly. Meet Julie! The Quality Coach recently welcomed Julie Bell who serves as the Learning and Development Specialist. Julie assists our coaches with document preparation for client coaching engagements, leadership development sessions, and ELearning integration. In addition, Julie provides support with online access for clients in the learning management system. Julie spent 22 years working for the School District of Washington. The majority of that time she provided support to the Superintendent of Schools and the Board of Education. This offered an incredible opportunity to work with a variety of individuals and make their process of running the District as seamless as possible. Preparing for board meetings, handling the daily details of the office, and assisting the Business Office were some of her main functions. While working full-time for the District, Julie completed her Bachelor’s in Business Management from Central Methodist University. Since retiring from the School District of Washington in January 2024, Julie has spent much time with her family. This includes her parents in Northeast Indiana where Julie grew up. She also has four grandsons, three in Ohio and one in Kansas who range in age from 5 years old to 3 months. Along with spending time with grandchildren, Julie enjoys time outdoors, especially hiking on scenic trails with her husband Randy. Prior to moving to Missouri in 2001, Julie and Randy, a Lutheran Pastor, lived in Nebraska, Indiana, and Iowa. Julie has this to say about working at TQC: “I quickly realized in the short time that I’ve worked for TQC that this organization and its team members are something special! They have a genuine interest in helping all people, colleagues and clients, learn, grow, and succeed in their line of work. What a fantastic opportunity I’ve been given to learn from such remarkable individuals!”
