This week, our HCI feature highlights the incredible 🌟 Coach Janet M. Shlaes, Ph.D., MBA, MA, ACC Janet joined HCI in 2022 with a big commitment to coaching, which complemented her many leadership roles, degrees, and credentials. She found the added benefit of connecting to like-minded souls in her cohort, who desired deeper connections and support for the monster roles they lead. Janet brought with her a clarity of understanding many disciplines and how they have informed the profession of coaching, so we learned together the many “whys” of coaching effectiveness and power, and refined, as we constantly do, the pedagogy of our course.
