A Slice of Prime Team Spirit! ?? Last month, the Prime Mechanical team gathered for our much-anticipated Prime Pizzafest at the office. It was a perfect day filled with laughter, teamwork, and of course, pizza! Our team took to the patio, rolling dough and personalizing pies with an array of toppings, crafting not just pizzas but lasting memories. This event was extra special as it marked one of our last gatherings at our current office before we transition to our new space next year. Collaboration, Our Blueprint For Success ??♀? ??♂? The Prime Team is proud to announce our involvement in a large-scale construction project in Lower Manhattan. Alongside SavCon, Delta Sheet Metal Corp, and many other trade contractors, Prime Mechanical is underway with the simultaneous coordination, construction, and commissioning of mechanical systems that serve over 400,000+ square feet of interior office space across twenty floors. With 65 supplemental HVAC systems, multiple condenser water sub-risers, and an abundance of additional mechanical equipment, implementing a standard of organization and communication has been paramount to our shared success. As we navigate through existing conditions, overcome unforeseen obstacles, and drive towards the finish line - the Prime Team is appreciative of the collaboration that all members of the construction team have shared. A Glimpse Into The Future ? The Prime Team is thrilled to unveil the fa?ade renderings of our new Long Island office! This project is underway and is currently in the demolition phase of a full exterior and interior renovation. We look forward to continue sharing developments as we as we craft a space that inspires innovation and collaboration! #PrimeMechanical

Built to Last ?? Prime Mechanical is proud to have delivered the turnkey gut/replacement of a Chiller Plant located on the 20th floor of a Building in Downtown, Manhattan. Once we completed demolition, the new chiller plant was precisely constructed with a multitude of new mechanical equipment, including two (2) 750-ton electric centrifugal chillers, three (3) 1,800 GPM chilled water pumps, three (3) 2,300 GPM condenser water pumps, and a two-cell 1,500-ton cooling tower. To name a few additional highlights, the new plant includes a refrigerant monitoring system with ventilation and purge fans, a sand filtration and water treatment system, a domestic water booster pump, a new Building Management System (BMS), a new steel dunnage assembly, and a network of piping. To energize all of the new equipment, we installed two (2) new 1,200 ampere electrical service risers from the 2nd floor to the Chiller Plant level. This project was successfully completed between the months of November and April to ensure that the Building was provided with its chilled water service for the next cooling season. #PrimeMechanical #turnkey #HVAC
