The Prewitt Group is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager! The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling our new and renewal personal lines business while providing exceptional in-house customer service to our clients. The person in this role is also a self-starter with strong communication skills and an interest in building a career in insurance. Key responsibilities include: ? Marketing new business – determining premiums, preparing and presenting proposals, and maintaining carrier information. ? Policy accuracy – reviewing new and renewal policies for rating, coverages, and signatures and ensuring timely delivery to clients. ? Client support – assisting with insurance, claims, and administrative requests while providing excellent customer service. ? Payment processing – accepting customer payments and applying them to the appropriate carrier. ? Document management – printing and distributing auto ID cards and maintaining electronic and paper files.
