Aside from promoting our small business, I would also like to take some time to tell everyone somethings they may not know about insects. Short and sweet on Fire Ants. If you have been here for really, any amount of time, and have not came in contact with these little guys, consider yourself lucky! Fire ant nests (mounts) are typically in lawns or fields, generally that have not been mowed, but that is not always the case. It seems that they almost show up over night and can house from a few thousand to several hundred thousand and as most of us know, do not like to be disturbed!!!
