I feel soooo inspired to witness Latin America leading the way in regenerative investments discussions. You could really feel the vibrant energy in Bogotá during LARIS, the very first LatAm Regenerative Investment Summit! ? This summit brought together #visionary #entrepreneurs, #investors, #corporates, #policymakers from Argentina to Mexico - all dedicated to improving our planet and focused on the principles of?#life. Six #investments were made afterward! A huge thank you to the organizers LAURA ORTIZ MONTEMAYOR Luz Mila Lancheros Carvajal @ Adam Spence SVX Regenera Ventures Fund by SVX MX Fundación Avina Social Capital Foundation This summit reminded me of something #powerful: everything in life comes down to #relationships. Like in nature, where mycelial networks connect and nourish entire ecosystems, our #connections shape the world we build. Events & new #communities like these create space for new ideas, partnerships, and #bold steps forward. ?? A $???????? ???????????????????????? ???????? ????????? Goldman Sachs Asset Management just launched its first biodiversity bond fund, targeting up to $500 million. That’s a strong signal that nature is finally being recognized as an investable asset. Financial mechanisms like biodiversity bond funds can complement philanthropy and public investment to ensure nature is valued as a critical asset class. Unlike project-specific bonds, this fund invests in a mix of labeled green, social, and sustainability bonds as well as corporate bonds from companies contributing to biodiversity outcomes.? ?????? ?? ?????? ??????????????????? Ensuring these funds drive real impact, not just optics. Investors must push for transparency, measurable outcomes, and projects that truly restore and protect biodiversity. ??? ?? Let’s do it
Your success, my mission | 3x founder & CEO | Former CIO $4B company | DEIB ally | Sharing 24 years of hard-earned leadership & self-mastery wisdom
I was drowning in stress until I found the power of tiny habits. These 12 daily practices take minimal time but deliver exponential returns: 1?? Exercise Session Even 20 minutes moves the needle. It's not about getting ripped—it's about showing up for yourself first thing. 2?? 2-Minute Rule Procrastinating the tiny tasks keeps them in your head. If it takes 2 minutes, do it now. 3?? Gratitude Practice List 3 things you're grateful for each morning. It rewires your brain to spot opportunities instead of obstacles. 4?? 4-7-8 Breathing Breathe in for 4, hold for 7, exhale for 8. Use it before big meetings or whenever tension hits. 5?? Meeting Breaks Back-to-back meetings kill productivity. Those 5-minute gaps aren't wasted time. They're essential recovery periods. 6?? 6-Second Pause The space between stimulus and response is your power zone. That tiny pause prevents reactive decisions. 7?? Water Intake Your brain is 73% water. Even mild dehydration tanks your decision-making. 8?? Sleep Commitment Sleep deprivation isn't a badge of honor. Prioritize quality sleep to be at your best for yourself and others. 9?? Daily Meditation 9 minutes to reset your mental operating system. It's not about emptying your mind—it's about observing it. ?? Movement Goal 10,000 steps seem daunting? Walk while you take calls. Use a standing desk. Small movement adds up. 1??1?? Skill-Building 11 minutes learning something new—a language, a skill, a concept. Compound interest works for knowledge too. 1??2?? Reading Practice 12 pages daily is 24 books a year. Leaders are readers. Make it non-negotiable. Small changes, massive impact. You don't need to overhaul your entire life to see results. Start with just one habit. Be consistent. Watch what happens. Remember: The most successful people aren't superhuman. They've simply built better daily habits than everyone else. Which tiny habit will you start tomorrow? ?? Valuable? Repost to share with your network. ?? Follow Justin Wright for more on self-improvement. Want PDFs of this and my 80 best cheat sheets? Get them here for free: BrillianceBrief.com

40% of the world population might die before 2050. That’s 4 billion people. Not in a distant, dystopian future—within our lifetimes. We need to act—our survival depends on it. Imagine 4 out of your family of 10 gone within your lifetime. A new report, co-authored by some of the world’s most conservative economists and most acclaimed climate scientists—including Timothy Lenton, Jesse F. Abrams, and leading risk analysts from the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA) and Exeter University—warns that if global temperatures rise 3°C above pre-industrial levels, mass starvation, societal collapse, and ecosystem breakdown could trigger an unimaginable loss of life. And here’s the brutal reality: we’re currently heading toward 3.1°C of warming, according to the UN. ?? Read the full report: Planetary Solvency – Finding Our Balance with Nature This is not just another climate warning. It’s a death sentence—unless we act. Politicians won’t save us. Corporations won’t stop. But we still have power. ?? 5 Individual Actions to Enable Collective Action for Systemic Change 1?? Educate Yourself ?? Equip yourself with knowledge about systemic issues to bring valuable insights into collective discussions and efforts. 2?? Talk to Others ??? Share what you’ve learned with friends, family, and coworkers to inspire conversations and expand the collective understanding. 3?? Process Your Emotions ???? Seek therapy or community support to navigate feelings of eco-anxiety or grief, enabling you to show up with resilience in collective spaces. 4?? Contribute Resources ????? Use your time, skills, or finances to support movements, whether through volunteering, fundraising, or offering expertise. 5?? Focus on Well-Being Over Consumer Culture ?????? Shift your priorities toward personal and collective well-being: reduce working hours if possible, spend more time in nature, and strengthen bonds with friends and family. These actions model alternative values that challenge the consumer-driven status quo and create space for deeper participation in collective efforts. Only contribute within your capacity—burnout helps no one. ???? Sustainability transformation requires us to be rested and resilient, not exhausted. ??? Change happens best when we care for ourselves too. ???? Share this. Wake people up. Demand real change.

In an increasingly interconnected world, the ability to live, work, and invest across borders has never been more valuable. Global mobility is not just about the freedom to travel — it’s about expanding horizons, unlocking new economic opportunities, and securing a resilient future for families and businesses alike. More good news. There are so many ways to transform dead ?? industrial areas and land into flourishing ecosystems. These transformations: ??bring heat down in cities ??provide oxygen, shade and beauty with trees ??♀? opens up leaisure spaces to play Hello metamorphasis for good. I love it! ??
From dead industrial canal to the world's first floating eco-park ?? (and they just raised $1.4M to scale it)... Once used to transport lumber, coal, and grain... Chicago's old shipping channels sat filled with waste and pollution. No wildlife. No plants. No purpose. Just polluted waters from another era. That's when a small group decided to experiment. Instead of accepting dead waterways... Urban Rivers built the 'Wild Mile' Here's their innovative approach: a) Modular floating platforms attach directly to old steel walls b) Native plants grow without soil, their roots hanging directly in the water c) These plants filter pollutants and create habitats for fish and birds d) Interconnected walkways let people explore without disturbing wildlife The ecosystem exploded: ? 105 species of birds appeared. Beavers and turtles moving in. ? Thousands of mussels cleaning water. ? Local waterways pollution significantly reduced There has also been huge community buy-in: ? 32,000 visitors a year ? Hundreds of volunteers engaged ? Project being scaled across other sections of US rivers From a volunteer experiment... ...To the world's first floating wildlife park. Sometimes the best solutions come from a group brave enough to question 'What If ?' ?? Follow for daily updates on NatureTech and Finance

Since a full-scale shift to a circular economy in Europe alone could generate $1.8 trillion in annual economic benefits by 2030, I'll zoom into the episode of "Road to Utopia" (Prime Video US) where we covered this topic. The solutions await. World hunger could be ended with less than 25% of the combined food waste from the US, the UK, and Europe. ? After all, waste doesn't exist. ?? It's just resources... in the wrong place. This "Road to Utopia" episode explores solutions that leverage technology to turn waste into treasure - along with the opportunities behind them. Such as: 90% of raw materials used in manufacturing become waste before the product even leaves the factory. 80% of products are thrown away within the first 6 months of their existence. ?? Nature already perfected the ultimate recycling system. Why haven’t we? ??
