?? Did you know that four?of every five entering community college students seek to transfer and earn at least a bachelor’s degree, while only a small fraction of community college students who intend to transfer make it through to a bachelor’s degree? The reality is that the often unclear and complex nature of the college transfer process can be one of the factors that derail a student’s plans. Support from trusted and competent advisors can make the difference. For this reason, PASE invites NYC youth-serving professionals to our upcoming College Transfer Forum on?Friday, December 13th?from?9:00 AM – 1:00 PM.?The event will feature a panel on how CBOs and colleges can partner on successful transfer outcomes followed by workshops on emerging best practices to support transfer students. ?? Date & Time: December 13, 9:00 AM-1:00 PM? ?? Location: Pace University (1 Pace Plaza, New York, NY, 10038)? ??? Who should attend? This event is intended for CBO college counselors, but any youth-serving professional who works in college prep, access, and success is welcome to attend. ??? Save your spot today: bit.ly/2024CTF
