关于我们

Ozzie Guillén, born in Venezuela, played major league baseball for 16 seasons. A quick-handed shortstop who in 1985 received the American League Rookie of the Year & The Sporting News Rookie of the Year. He became the first Latino manager in history to win a World Series. He was leading the 2005 Chicago White Sox to their first championship in 88 years. Ozzie exemplified his passion both on the field and off. At the end of every day, his role as a leader inspired the commitment and respect from others. Through the leadership and support of his wife, sons, daughter-in-law’s, and grandchildren - The Guillén’s are dedicated to meeting the community where they currently are within their lives—listening to their stories, hearing their struggles to understand their challenges.
