The Overwatch Foundation ("OVW"), founded in 2022 in Concord, NH under the slogan "Constans Vigilantia" is a 501c3 Not for Profit Foundation dedicated to the defense of the homeland, the public trust of the State of New Hampshire, and the security of the US Critical Infrastructure. OVW transfers grant based technical services to State, Local, and Federal Agencies and Government Organizations for cybersecurity, systems modernization, network defense, training, and workforce development. Our mission is to make New Hampshire and our region a safer place to raise a family and own a business by protecting our competitive advantage and defending data privacy through technology investment and education.
