The Olie Gathering Place

The Olie Gathering Place is a unique, historical, stand-alone boutique venue with a comfortable indoor/outdoor atmosphere, two private patios, technology to help you entertain and other amenities for you and your guests to enjoy. We are located in the heart of Oklahoma City in the Paseo Arts District, close to shopping, restaurants, bars and hotels. The building once housed an original OG&E transformer at the turn of the 20th century-it powered all of northwest Oklahoma City! Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the building comes with many unique original features, including exposed red brick interior walls, a large sliding barn-style door, and ornate details that will spark questions and conversation. This is a great, centrally located boutique space, perfect for business meetings with Happy Hour afterward, birthday celebrations, showers, anniversaries and more. The interior is 1,200 square feet and completely open. The space is equipped with free WIFI, user-friendly bluetooth capability for music and slide shows, and two 70" television monitors. Up to (6) 60" round tables can be set up comfortably with seating for up to 50 guests. Bistro tables, 6-foot tables, white folding chairs and linens are also included in your rental. You and your guests can spread out and enjoy our spacious private outdoor courtyard with custom wood furniture that can seat up 32 people. The courtyard comes with string lights, corn hole boards and giant jenga blocks for hours of fun and entertainment! The private courtyard can also accommodate food trucks, bounce houses, and other fun services for you and your guests to enjoy. Please note: Outside food and alcohol ARE permitted. All events serving alcohol will require proof of Event Insurance one week prior to your event. This may be purchased online-super easy!
