it's a pillar of ogc to be nearly 100% virtual and async so all our busy members have equal access to everything we do. that being said, when we do happen to hang in person, it's pretty great...
some of the old girls club nyc members met for coffee last week. we shared some pastries, downed some caffeine, and were probably a bit louder than we should have been in a coffee shop at 930am. some came late, others were early. some were headed to work, others back home. it was just a stop in our days, but there's something about walking into a room where you immediately feel seen and allowed to be yourself. we're so lucky. in 2024, my wish for you is that you, too, find your people ??
