Thrive on Crawford is The NRP Group's first "Health and Housing" partnership in the state of Texas, developed in partnership with JPS Health Network. This community will bring 60 affordable and seven market rate units adjacent to a key site in JPS Health Network's expanded campus to enhance health care services for residents and provide quality housing options near a major Tarrant County employer. "The vision was to partner with JPS Health Network to look at these non-traditional housing partnerships to understand how we can provide more than just affordable housing through additional essential services and access to health care," said Vice President of Development Max Whipple. The Sinclair is the result of a public-private partnership between the Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority and The NRP Group that brings high-quality affordable housing units to the rapidly growing City of Columbus.
