Our latest affordable community in San Antonio, Nova Lofts, is officially open! In partnership with the Community Housing Resource Partners and the City of San Antonio, Nova Lofts brings 65-units of affordable housing to residents earning 30-60% AMI, and is supported through Neighborhood and Housing Services Department’s 2022 Affordable Housing Bond Program. Fast forward to 2018, the company began market rate development across the D.C. metro, breaking ground on Axiom in Clarksburg, Maryland.
