The Cresa Philadelphia Project Management team is proud to have partnered with Morgan Properties to complete the project management efforts transforming their 75,000-square-foot headquarters at the Millennium Complex in Conshohocken, PA. Jerry McGarry, Senior Vice President at Cresa Philadelphia, led the project management efforts to bring this vision to life. The firm’s new office is home to 450 employees, fosters collaboration, attracts talent and enhances productivity to support the company’s national footprint. The office features the most up-to-date offices and workspace environments,?tech-enabled meeting rooms and training facilities, contemporary dining areas, and indoor and outdoor spaces for employees. In addition to the headquarters, the campus features a new state-of-the-art 8,500 amenities center for employees and tenants.?The center provides recreational activities, including a state-of-the-art golf simulator, a fully equipped fitness center,?gathering spaces for corporate functions, and tranquil outdoor spaces with direct access to the Schuylkill River Trail. We wish to thank and share the success with Morgan Properties and our team, which provided professional and trade services to complete the project.
