Recently, our co-founders Brianna Lyons and Giselle R. connected with our program mentors Perla Ponce and Jessica Ayala ?? They had meaningful discussions about leadership support, provided guidance for their mentees, and gathered useful feedback for both current and upcoming cohorts. Over the past few months of this inaugural year, The Niche Mentorship has been particularly impactful for women of color in Chicago, providing them with the support and resources needed to excel in their personal and social development.
