On International Women’s Day, The NEW Roundtable, Inc. supported Kandace Walter, producer of the documentary “A Law Unto Themselves.” The film honored trailblazing women like Rhonda Hunter, DeMetris Sampson, Hon. Carolyn Wright-Sanders, Hon. Sarah T. Hughes, Louise Raggio and others. Their stories serve as powerful reminders of the resilience, brilliance, and leadership of women in the legal profession. The screening brought together a strong showing of NEW Roundtable members including Juanita DeLoach, PhD, JD, Amber Hamilton Gregg, and Tiffany Johnson, who served on the documentary committee, and Crystal Moore-Mitchell, LaCrecia Perkins, KoiEles Lomas, Tasheena Byrd, Britney E. Harrison, Jasmine M. Tobias, and Ashley Jones Wright, all gathered to celebrate these legal trailblazers and continue the mission of empowering, impacting and influencing women in law.
