Exciting news! We've achieved a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy for the 56 apartments at 25 Sixth Street. The first residents will move in this month, with six townhomes also being sold to first-time homebuyers. This funding will allow us to offer financial education workshops and personalized coaching, empowering Latino families to build generational wealth and financial security through homeownership and asset-building opportunities.
