Thank you to City Manager Fidel Maltez and the Chelsea City Council for touring 25 Sixth Street! TND has significantly expanded its capacity to address housing justice and provide affordable homes, completing 416 units in the past five years—an impressive 66% growth in our portfolio of affordable rental homes. The completion of 25 Sixth Street marks a significant milestone in our efforts to tackle the affordable housing crisis.

Exciting news! We've achieved a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy for the 56 apartments at 25 Sixth Street. The first residents will move in this month, with six townhomes also being sold to first-time homebuyers. Celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month with Exciting News! TND is thrilled to announce that we’ve been selected by National Association for Latino Community Asset Builders with support from TD Bank, for a grant to enhance our programs supporting Latino homebuyers, homeowners, and renters! This funding will allow us to offer financial education workshops and personalized coaching, empowering Latino families to build generational wealth and financial security through homeownership and asset-building opportunities. As we celebrate #HispanicHeritageMonth, we’re committed to fostering even stronger, more resilient communities!
