We're Hiring: Controller Join our dynamic, entrepreneurial real estate development team in Arlington! This high-profile accounting role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in managing the financial heartbeat of our exciting projects. What You'll Do: Oversee day-to-day accounting functions and ensure timely production of monthly and quarterly financial statements for multiple development projects and business entities. Report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and work closely with senior leadership. Assist and occasionally manage financial accounting for various development projects. Collaborate on diverse accounting and financial initiatives, working with internal teams, related parties, and external investors. What We're Looking For: A proactive, detail-oriented accounting professional with strong analytical skills. Experience in multi-entity accounting and familiarity with real estate development is a plus. A team player ready to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. What a great day Graham Associates, Inc. had at the Greater Arlington Chamber of Commerce golf tournament! We sponsored the golf cannon. If you don’t think that was a good time, you’re wrong! The participants had a blast lining up their shot with a cannon. It was a fantastic and unique fundraising initiative to support an organization that truly leads Arlington. The weather was great, and I loved playing a round of golf with my son Ryan Williams, and my Pastor Dr. Dennis Wiles and his son Josiah Wiles. It must be golf tournament season in Texas because we were also able to participate in the golf outing for The Nehemiah Company. This tournament benefitted their non-profit, Nehemiah Builds, and organization devoted to empowering youth and families. Thank you to Christian, Nael and Keaton for representing Graham Associates so well!
