关于我们
The Navigators is an international, interdenominational Christian ministry established in 1933 as an outreach for followers of Jesus Christ to help others come to know and grow in Him as they navigate through life – a goal embodied by The Navigators motto, “To Know Christ, make Him known, and help others do the same?” Navigators are characterized by an eagerness to introduce Jesus to those who don't know Him, a passion to see those who do know Jesus deepen their relationship with Him, and a commitment to training Jesus followers to continue this nurturing process among the people they know. We are a community of hundreds of thousands of everyday people who impact others for God's glory in our normal pathways of life where we study, live, work, and play. We spread the Good News of Jesus Christ by establishing Life-to-Life? mentoring—or discipling—relationships with people, equipping them to make an impact on those around them for God's glory. Today, the Navigator staff family – nearly 5,000 strong – spans 70 different nationalities, 130 languages, and individuals from every heritage and life experience. The Navigator family also includes those who work alongside and support our staff, whose hearts beat with our same passion to Know Christ, make Him known, and help others do the same?.

Trish Meyer's life as a workplace missionary started with a lunch break. Opening myself to sharing lunch on a regular basis with my coworkers began it all," Trish says. "Making our lunch gatherings a priority, and the conversations as real-life as possible, was our 'secret sauce.'” Read more about how Trish is seeing God answer her prayers for her colleagues: https://lnkd.in/gmKnFwFN #WorkplaceMinistry #FaithAtWork #ChristianWorkplace

What if the “the nations” were right on your doorstep? This is the case for Bill and LesLee Voisin. After two decades of serving as missionaries in Latin America, they’re now reaching the nations in their own Houston neighborhood through ESL (English as a Second Language) classes. Their ministry goes beyond teaching English — it’s about building relationships, meeting practical needs, and sharing the love of Christ. From helping with job searches to inviting families into their home, they are actively engaging with an international community and making disciples one person at a time. “We want to find out where they have a need and show them how God can meet that,” Bill says. Through their work, they’re not just impacting individuals, but entire families — showing that sometimes, the mission field is closer than we think. “Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing” – 1 Thessalonians 5:11 In 1 Thessalonians, the apostle Paul emphasized encouraging one another. Encouragement was so important that Paul even sent Timothy to be an encouragement to them when he couldn’t be there himself. Sometimes the journey of following Christ can be difficult and painful, which makes it crucial that we encourage other disciplemakers. Encouraging another disciplemaker may propel them to take the next small step to grow in their relationship with Christ and help someone else do the same. Here are 10 ways you can encourage a disciplemaker in your life: navs.me/4bUQffY #NavResource #DiscipleshipTool #ChristianCommunity #Encouragement #WorkplaceMinistry #FaithAtWork #ChristianWorkplace

Have you ever felt alone in your faith? When Larry Beck gave his life to Christ, he felt like a spiritual orphan. He had no one around him to help him grow in his faith, and he felt like he was wandering down the wrong path. Through finding someone to disciple him, Larry learned how to spend time with the Lord and share his faith. In the 40 years since, Larry has become passionate about helping other new believers grow in their relationship with the Lord at his work, neighborhood, and beyond. “I will never leave another orphan behind,” Larry says. “If I know somebody is new in their faith, and I see their need, I’ll adopt them. I understand the cost of not having someone come alongside you.” Learn more about Larry’s story and impact as an everyday disciplemaker by visiting: navs.me/4hOYdsW #DIscipleship #WorkplaceMinistry #FaithAtWork #ChristianWorkplace
