Pat's journey has been shaped by an entrepreneurial upbringing in Southern Illinois, where family values like collaboration, service, and hard work were ingrained early on. After years of leading strategy & creative for top-tier agencies in the experiential marketing space, Pat decided to prioritize family and fulfillment, which led to the birth of Sageworx. He teamed up with Marc Calamia, and together they created a collective that delivers breakthrough work without the typical agency overhead or inflated costs. Sageworx brings together the best talent from across their network to create tailor-made micro-teams for each project. Recent successes include building the brand strategy and GTM plan for EverPass, an NFL-backed streaming platform, and creating the world’s first virtual dog park for Halo Dog Collars with Cesar Milan. Everybody's been in workshops. Some good, some bad, some average. We set out to make every workshop truly great. Our team has facilitated over a thousand co-creation workshops for clients around the world. We have an uncanny knack for leaving clients feeling reinvigorated and re-energized about their job, business, team, etc. It comes from creating a sense of shared purpose, fostering a true spirit of collaboration, and nurturing a lasting sense of empowerment. It's natural to be skeptical. One workshop can't possibly get teams to real outcomes, right? But something almost magical happens between the participants and the AI agents and the facilitators. The team gets into a true flow state, and it carries them farther than anyone expected. Working with the wonderful leadership at AAF SF Bay Area was no exception. In just a few hours we were able to address their most pressing challenges. According to the board Vice President, the workshop "got us to actionable outcomes faster and?left us feeling energized and focused." From the viewpoint of the facilitator, it was amazing watching their team work. Seeing them light up when they reached ah ha moments throughout the day. Watching them become inspired and share ideas, and build upon each other's momentum. It's incredibly rewarding to see it happen. One of the most challenging, yet fulfilling, aspects of creating The Navigator Collective this year, has been working through multiple iterations of the AI user experience for participants in our co-creation workshops. From our earliest Alpha where we asked participants to cut and paste pre-written prompts, to our 4th generation experience led by fine-tuned AI Agents, it's come a long way. Our belief and our promise has always been that AI can help anyone innovate and create, regardless of their background and training. So it is wonderful to hear from clients how the simplified agent-led experience can be so approachable and user-friendly. I was talking yesterday with a solopreneur who made a big pivot in their career - going from an agency employee to running their own real estate business. It was a huge leap for them, and they really needed support in terms of getting their personal brand, business plan, and marketing strategy together.
