??The Browns are The National Sports Forum SAMMY Award Winners ?? At this year’s NSF conference, I had the opportunity to represent the Cleveland Browns and present along side Ryan Meegan for Sales Advertising Marketing Managament Idea of the Year for the DUDE Wipes x Stop the Streak campaign. This campaign was centered around an NFL rule change that would increase player safety, while creating more excitement around the ability to return more kickoffs on gameday. If you didn’t know, the Browns have the longest streak in the NFL without returning a kickoff for a touchdown (The last time it occurred was Josh Cribbs in 2009!). This initiative gave Browns fans a chance to enter and win $100,000 if/when a Browns player returned a kickoff for a touchdown. This award is not an individual accomplishment and required the support of our partners at DUDE Wipes as well as the support of the entire Browns organization who contributed to making this campaign a success!
