Founded in 1983 this 22 person office specializes in the masterplanning of town centers; smaller, in-fill, mixed-use developments and various retail projects, all about lively, timeless, people places. In addition to this masterplanning the firm provides full design services for the exciting and varied buildings which help create these spaces and bring the residents, office workers, retailers, shoppers, gawkers and diners to these vibrant places. In addition to the aforementioned services the firm is also versed in the design of Custom Educational Buildings, Data Centers, Memory Care Facilities and High End Homes. Current projects are located in 6 states while the firm maintains licenses in 10 states.
