Many people ask me if they should buy land… And my answer most of the time is yes. The reason is it appreciates faster than the buildings on it—especially in central areas where new development is limited by regulations. There’s only so much land left, and with new ordinances allowing for higher density, the land you invest in today will be worth so much more tomorrow. What are your thoughts?
