We celebrated our project at 7 Platt Street, our 37-story, 250-unit luxury residential development in Manhattan’s Financial District, set for completion in 2026. This marks a key milestone as our first ground-up luxury residential project under NYC’s 421-a program, following a history of successful conversion projects in Downtown Manhattan.
