We’re proud to announce that?Resource Innovations ?and?The Mobility House?have been selected by the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center (MassCEC) to lead a groundbreaking?statewide Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) demonstration program. This initiative represents one of the largest state-led V2X efforts in the U.S., aiming to create a cleaner, more resilient energy and mobility future for Massachusetts. Here’s what makes this program a game-changer for EV owners, fleets, and communities across the state: ? Deployment of?100 bidirectional chargers?with free installation to activate EVs as mobile energy storage ??? 1.5 MW of storage capacity?added to enhance Massachusetts' grid resilience and support renewable energy ??? Prioritized access for low-income and disadvantaged communities, ensuring equity in clean energy solutions ??? Exciting progress is happening at?OAK Airport, owned and operated?by the Port of Oakland! ?? ?? ? The Port is taking bold steps toward?its goal of zero emissions?by electrifying its airport shuttle bus fleet. Phase 1 of the project includes five electric buses and five 180 kW?DC fast?chargers. To ensure efficient management, the Port selected ChargePilot? as its charge management system. ChargePilot? is already delivering value by tracking data on the performance of the?battery-electric?buses and?DC fast?chargers.?Additionally, ChargePilot? plays a crucial role in minimizing the need for extensive electrical upgrades while enabling the Port to scale its fleet for future growth.
