The Mill Society

The Mill Society has grown at an astounding rate over the last decade, transforming from a student organization to a national non-profit. Originally starting at Christopher Newport University as a student club, The Mill Society now has 40,000 student members, 500 faculty members, and over 30 fulltime employees nationwide. With yearly dues reaching $5.6 million, along with a wealth of alumni and sympathetic parties making donations, The Mill Society has enough capital to begin expanding the organization and hosting more national events. Currently, The Mill Society offers a plethora of undergraduate and post college services to its members, including on campus debates, faculty panels, networking opportunities, leadership summits, and more. The goal of The Mill Society is to continue the explosive growth its experienced over the last few years. In order to do this, awareness of the organization, increasing the number of members, as well as increased alumni connections, needs to be achieved.
