Our Little Lehigh Valley community celebrated their first annual Hispanic Heritage Month potluck in partnership with The Michaels Organization! ?? Construction Update: The Residences at Choctaw Trail ???** The Michaels Organization urban practice New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency M&T Bank TD Exciting progress is being made in Saddle River, one of our current affordable multifamily housing developments under construction in New Jersey ?? ? **Foundation Work**: The foundations for the final two buildings are underway, setting the stage for a strong and secure structures. ? **Framing**, The buildings have taken shape! Soon, our vision of providing 112 new, affordable homes will be a reality. ? **On Schedule**: We are proud to say that we remain on schedule, with an anticipated completion date of July 2025. This project represents a key milestone in our mission to provide safe, sustainable, and affordable housing for families in need. We’re grateful for the dedication of our construction team and partners who are working tirelessly to bring this project to life. Construction continues at Westhaven Park IID. Located on Chicago's Near West Side adjacent to the new CTA Damen Green Line station, the 12-story building will integrate 96 mixed-income apartments with ground-floor retail space. The residence marks the final phase of redevelopment of the former Henry Horner Homes complex and satisfies the requirement to replace all affordable units that were lost when the Homes were demolished.?
