This Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month, we’re proud to highlight the incredible work of The WOW Center in our community! This organization provides access to opportunities and resources for adults with developmental disabilities and the communities that support them…and we were lucky enough to host our first TMF Board Meeting of the year at WOW and experience the magic that happens every day.?? To create a more inclusive Miami and in honor of this month, they’ve just launched a campaign to expand internship opportunities! Bringing this community into the workforce not only promotes inclusivity but also enhances workplace culture, employee retention, and fosters innovation through diverse perspectives.
