The UK’s content creation industries are thriving, with games, video, and music driving significant economic growth. In 2023 alone, the sector generated over £11 billion in sales and supported nearly 2.3 million jobs. - Video revenues grew by 10% in 2023, now 2.5x higher than in 2014. SVOD revenues hit £4.4 billion, up 75% since 2020. - The UK games industry continues its rapid expansion, with GVA up 458% since 2010. Today, 90% of its revenues are digital. - Music sales reached £2.2 billion, matching the record set in 2001, with subscription streaming hitting an all-time high of £1.87 billion.
