The Metal Ware Corporation is a manufacturing company specializing in metal stamping and coating, rotational molding, plastic extrusion molding and plastic injection molding. Metal Ware is best known for being home of NESCO? (roasters, dehydrators and vacuum sealers), CHARD Products? (outdoor cooking and home meat processing), and Magic Products?, (fishing bait and bait care). Located along the shores of the East Twin River in beautiful Two Rivers, Wisconsin, Metal Ware has evolved over the past 100 years as consumers needs have changed. Best known for NESCO roasters, we have seen the rebirth of food preservation and more interest in reducing food waste which means more offerings in our lines of dehydrators and vacuum sealers. In addition to catering to home cooks, we supply the needs of the outdoorsman - from meat grinders to jerky guns. We remain privately-owned and dedicated to the American family, not shareholders. We realize the value of good employees and reward effort, innovation and creativity.

Yesterday, we wrapped up the festivities with a Hawaiian-themed Luau lunch complete with delicious food & festive punch????? A huge shoutout to Cozy B's?for providing the incredible food that made our event extra special! We’re incredibly thankful for our hardworking team, and this week was just a small way to show our appreciation for all their dedication.? Kelsey Tienor, an HR leader at Metal Ware, is committed to fostering a dynamic and inclusive workplace where employees can thrive. Over the past year, she has spearheaded efforts to transform the company culture, starting with a survey to gather employee feedback. This led to the creation of the Culture Club, a committee of employees from various departments that drives impactful changes in line with the organization’s values. In addition to her role at Metal Ware, Kelsey teaches POUND Fitness at the Manitowoc–Two Rivers YMCA every Monday, creating a welcoming space for individuals focused on health and well-being. She also plays an active role in the community, serving on the Safety, Health, and Wellness Committee and the planning committee for the Chamber’s Leadership Manitowoc County program. As a graduate of Leadership Manitowoc County, Kelsey is passionate about supporting the community's growth. Kelsey serves as the Social Media Director for the Lakeshore Area Human Resources board and is set to become President-Elect in 2025. She contributes to local leadership development through the annual Management & Supervisory Training. Looking ahead, Kelsey plans to pursue the SHRM-CP certification to further enhance her HR expertise and is dedicated to revitalizing resources for HR professionals in the Lakeshore area. She believes that strong HR leadership is key to improving the quality of work life for employees across the community.
