Yesterday was an amazing day! We had a super time together as Mentors and Mentees at the Mentoring Workshop 2024. Our Speakers shared great nuggets and did justice to the theme - Navigating the 3-Generational Workplace as a Young Professional. My lesson for the day.....the grass may be brown at your workplace. You have the opportunity to create your own green grass or betterstill, turn that brown grass to GREEN! Make a difference and don't be restricted by generational differences.
